Help and Support Below is everything you need to know about ordering from our website, feel free to contact us if we have not answered your query.


How do I order?

We have set the website up easy enough for people with very little understanding of the internet and technology to easily place an order with ease with less than 10 steps from ordering to receiving your order. Below is the key steps to placing the order

  1. Find the item(s) you are looking to purchase and add the item(s) to your basket
  2. Continue through to the checkout
  3. Select your preferred payment method, with Credit and Debit card you do have to create an account with ourselves. If you wish not to create an account you also have the option of checking out with PayPal or Amazon Pay
  4. Select your delivery choice
  5. Pay for your order via the method of payment you have chosen
  6. Order confirmation will then be automatically sent to you
  7. Once dispatched we will send you your Tracking information (If available) For more information with deliveries please go to our delivery information page
  8. Order delivered.

Can I place the order over the phone?

Unfortunately we cannot take orders over the phone, our sales team can guide you through this process as above.

I have made a mistake with my order, can I amend or cancel?

Of course, mistakes happen. Please contact us straight away and we amend whatever you need immediately

I have received order confirmation but I have received an email stating “Awaiting Payment”?

Unfortunately in this case your order has gone through our system but your bank provider may have declined your card and the payment has not been received. To resolve this you can try and place the order again or login to your account and pay the outstanding amount. If you are stuck please feel free to contact us

I have placed an order but you have not sent me any order tracking?

We aim to have every order we receive shipped out the same working day, as soon as your order is placed with ourselves you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked and dispatched from our warehouse
We process orders Monday – Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) our cut off is 4PM Daily. If you require next working day delivery please place your order before 4pm and select “Next Working Day” during the checkout process.

I haven’t received my item?

If you have not received your item within the time period we have provided you please contact us straight away and let us call the courier and find out where your order is.

I have received my item, but it is damaged?

If this is the case then do not panic, we can of course arrange for a returns label to be sent to you or we can arrange a collection of the damaged item and we can replace this order for you or a full refund if you choose.

Order received but it’s not what I wanted?

Sorry to hear that, we can of course by Consumer Rights accept this item back from you for a full refund within 14 days of the item being received. Please contact our team to have a return processed

My order is faulty, what next?

Don’t panic, we can of course solve this matter for you, our friendly returns department can assist in any way. Please contact us

Why we collect certain information & how we use it.

When you place an order with us we need to know your name, address, email address, credit/debit card number and the card's expiry date (and also the issue number for some debit cards). This allows us, in conjunction with comidea to process and fulfil your order(s).

We also ask for your telephone number - enabling us to contact you in the unlikely event there is a problem with your order.
