Refurbished iPods are iPods that have been refurbished and reconditioned to the original specifications as set out by the manufacturers. A refurbished iPod is maybe the outcome of the product being returned to the manufacturer or retailer who sold it. This could be because of the product not being required by the customer anymore or it has been damage in some way.
