What does the grading mean?

New Open Box	Product comes in original box in as new condition.
Grade A	Product will be in an excellent condition and show only light signs of wear and tear.
Grade B	Product is complete and tested, with no visible flaws. There will be signs of use including general wear and tear on the keyboard and mouse . There could be surface scratches. (This does not include the screen)
Grade C	Product has definite signs of use, heavy surface scratches including general wear and tear on the keyboard and mouse. The machine will be fully functioning.
Grade D	Product will be functioning, but show signs of heavy use. May have cracked casing or similar, worn keyboard, worn mouse, and may have minor monitor damage i.e. a pixel dot on the screen.
