As the latest rumours about Apple have made their rounds, people are predicting a new iTV package for later this year that will “revolutionize the TV viewing experience”. Topeka Capital's Brian White has visited a China-Taiwan technology supply chain and has discovered that Apple will launch an iTV with the iRing with it.
White said this visit confirmed his earlier suspicions that Apple will be released an “60-inch iTV system in the later part of 2013 for between $1,500 and $2,500”. The iRing device is a small device that is placed on the finger that works like a pointer, taking over from some features of the standard remote control.

With Apple's continued improvements to iOS 6, bloggers have been speculating on an early release of the new iOS 7. Other rumours have said that Apple is currently running behind in its production of iOS 7 but the software will come with an entirely new display.
According to John Gruber of the site Daring Fireball, the development for the new operating system has been so delayed that Apple have pulled engineers from the new Mac OS X 10.9 team to finish the development for iOS 7. The rumour mill has also said Apple was readying the OS for the Worldwide Developer Conference. This is normally set for the beginning of June and is when the company releases its developer version of the software.

During a discussion between a San Francisco District Attorney (George Gascon) and an Apple Government liaison (Michael Foulkes) about the recent increase in iPhone thefts, Foulkes allegedly spoke about the next two generations of the iPhone as he said, "they preceded Tim Cook." This would mean that the design of these devices at least, would have been headed by Steve Jobs.
The discussion between Gascon and Foulkes that had centred on a new type of kill-switch technology for lost or stolen Apple devices, with the iPhone being the particular target was interrupted by Foulkes admission. After this point, Foulkes went on to suggest, “Jobs was involved with concept and design discussions about several future models not long before his death in October 2011.”

A new security risk has been identified that could pose issues to Apple users personal accounts. This means that hackers can gain access to an account by resetting the password using only your e-mail and date of birth. Apple enabled an update (their two-step authentication) earlier in the week, to add online protection to their specific users separate Apple ID and iCloud accounts in an attempt to correct an earlier issue but it seems to have backfired.
The Verge has released a ‘warning’ this week that there is a security hole in the software, which could leave your account vulnerable to attack. Any users, who have not currently adopted the new feature, are allowing hackers the opportunity to change your password and access your personal information using only your date of birth and email address.
